Er nennt seine Maschine ab nun \u201cM\u00fcnch-4\u201d. Die Nachfrage sprengt alle Erwartungen. Doch Friedel M\u00fcnch ist weder finanziell noch personell auf eine Serienproduktion eingestellt. Ein Zufall hilft. Fachbuchverleger, Million\u00e4r und Motorradfan Floyd Clymer aus Los Angeles \/ Kalifornien, der bereits die Firmen-Rechte der legend\u00e4ren Indian besitzt, ist auf M\u00fcnch aufmerksam geworden. Er wird im Fr\u00fchjahr 1967 finanzieller Partner von Friedel M\u00fcnch. Man verlegt den Firmensitz von Nieder-Florstadt nach Ossenheim und richtet dort eine ger\u00e4umige Werkstatt ein. Es werden 18 Mitarbeiter besch\u00e4ftigt. Die Motorr\u00e4der f\u00fcr den US-Markt werden unter dem Namen \u201cClymer-Munch\u201d verkauft. Bis Ende 1967 werden 30 Maschinen mit dem NSU 1000 TT-Motor mit 1085 ccm gebaut.
